Playa Vista - The Heart of Silicon Beach Living

Located just beside Marina del Rey, this newer planned community of condo complexes is wonderful if you just want everything within a short stroll.  Community concerts, events, pools and parks are abound in this little beach town, but the price is steep with high homeowners dues and Mello Roos taxes.
